Returns and Exchanges (full priced stock only)
- If what you have received is not as you expected and you are unhappy with your full priced purchase, we will gladly offer you a full refund on the return of your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
- Please call the store to get an authorisation number and complete the Returns Form before returning your purchase.
- Please note, that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is an error on behalf of Ciciban Kid’s Shoes.
- It is strongly advised that postage tracking is used. If Ciciban Kid’s Shoes does not physically receive your return, we cannot process the refund, store credit or exchange.
- SALE ITEMS: We are happy to exchange size or style on SALE goods but we don’t offer refunds.
- If what you have received is damaged, we will gladly offer you a replacement item or if unavailable, a full refund on the return of your purchase.
- Damaged goods must be advised by e-mail within 2 days of receipt of purchase.
- The items being returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition, and returned in a manner that will not damage the items.
- Refunds are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
- Ciciban Kids Shoes reserves the right to refuse your return if the above conditions are not fully met.
- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
- Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of placing your order.
- Standard delivery fee from $9.95 per one pair .
- Time frame of delivery to you 3-6 days depends on your location.
- Express post delivery fee is $19.95 to anywhere in Australia.
If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product immediately or if a product is sold out we will contact you via email or phone, to advise you of the next availability or an alternative. If a refund is due, we will forward it to you without hesitation.
