Dispatch & Deliveries Policy

• All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
• Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of placing your order and received by you within 2-7 days, depending on your location.
• Free shipping is for orders over $150.00 standard post.
• Standard delivery fee is from $9.95 per one pair.
• The time frame of standard delivery to you is 3-6 days depending on your location.
• Express post delivery fee is $19.95 to anywhere in Australia.
• Time frame of express delivery to you will be 24-48 hours.
• Large or heavy items: due to the high cost of sending large heavy items, if your order is of a big size, the above shipping fees and free shipping offer does not apply. We will contact you with approximate costs.

If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product immediately or if a product is sold out we will contact you via email or phone, to advise you of the next availability or an alternative. If a refund is due, we will forward it to you without hesitation.
